Our Multifamily program provides no-cost energy assessments and energy efficiency upgrades to income eligible and affordable housing properties with 5 or more units. We offer in-unit and building weatherization, space and water heating system upgrades, and energy efficient appliances and lighting.

As a condo resident, there are many ways you can save energy and increase the comfort of your home. To maximize the energy savings and improvements we can offer, we recommend an assessment and service of a full property rather than a single unit. In order to qualify the full property, and because energy efficiency opportunities may affect the inside of your unit as well as outside of your four walls, we require engagement with and authorization from the property management or condo association designee to confirm full property eligibility and service. If you are not interested in engaging the property owner or management, you may qualify for in-unit service, including an assessment and replacement of qualifying appliances. Additional opportunities may be identified at the time of assessment.
