Energy Efficiency Work

The program will provide grant funds for cost-effective energy efficiency work that may include: replacement or repair of heating systems and/or controls, replacement or repair of hot water heating systems, building envelope upgrades through air sealing and insulation, lighting upgrades, appliance upgrades, and ventilation upgrades.  Where an owner is planning a renovation, the energy efficiency work will be limited to cost-effective activities associated with the renovation work. In some cases, a copayment may be required.
