The Low-Income Energy Affordability Network (LEAN) Multifamily Program provides no-cost energy efficiency upgrades to reduce residential energy use, helping to lower utility bills, minimize carbon emissions, and increase comfort. Please help Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) improve the program by sharing your feedback through this survey. We want to learn about your experience at every step, so we can understand both successes and challenges. Your responses will help us continue offering these services. Participation is voluntary and anonymous—no personal information will be connected to your responses or shared with your building’s management, housing authority, or landlord.
